Facial Recognition Module

A facial recognition system is an application that
can automatically identify a person within
a digital image from a camera.

The section of a live image that is thought
to be a face is extracted and compared
with a facial image database.

3D facial recognition can identify facial
characteristics more accurately than 2D facial
recognition, so it increases precision.

It can also cope with difficulties such as differences
in lighting, differences in facial expression,
presence/absence of cosmetics, and differences
in the direction of hair, which are problematic
in 2D facial recognition algorithms.
